Our service
cloutrep researches, writes, and publishes independent executive profiles, and maintains them on request. We aim to present your professional background clearly and accurately based on the information you provide and reputable public sources.
Payment
A cloutrep profile is a one-time fee of $150, processed securely through Stripe at checkout. Payment is required before we begin work. After checkout you will be directed to our intake form.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information through the intake form.
- Only submit content you have the right to share.
- Respond to requests for information so we can complete your profile.
Review and accuracy
We draft your profile and send it to you for review. Nothing is published until you approve it. You are responsible for confirming the accuracy of your profile before it goes live. If details change, you can request updates.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the facts and materials you provide. cloutrep retains ownership of the website, its design, and the profile format and structure. You grant us permission to publish and promote your approved profile.
Profile changes and removal
You can request updates or removal of your profile at any time by contacting us. We may also decline to publish, or remove, content that is inaccurate, unlawful, or violates these terms.
Refunds
Because each profile involves research and custom work, refund requests are handled case by case. If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us and we will work with you.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, cloutrep is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
Changes to these terms
