About William T. Bridge

William T. Bridge is an IT Support Specialist based in Sacramento, California. He works at NorCal Community Action Network, a regional nonprofit. His role includes user support, software rollouts, and helping move systems from on prem servers to cloud tools.
Bridge was born and raised in midtown Sacramento. He developed early skills by repairing hand me down computers and helping neighbors recover lost files and remove basic malware.
He attended Sacramento City College and earned an A.A. in Information Technology. There he focused on hardware, basic networking, Windows administration, and help desk workflows. He later completed a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems at California State University, Sacramento. His studies included systems analysis, database fundamentals, information security, and IT service management.
Bridge holds industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals. He has also completed training in IT service processes and HIPAA related security awareness.
His early career was at RiverCity Tech Solutions, a managed services provider in Sacramento. He supported small business clients including medical offices, law firms, and local retailers. His work covered workstation setup, Microsoft 365 accounts, basic firewall and router support, and on site troubleshooting.
He later joined Sierra Vista Health Clinic as in house IT staff. There he focused on endpoint support, secure remote access, and compliance aware troubleshooting in a healthcare setting.
In his current nonprofit role, Bridge is known for structured troubleshooting, clear documentation, and a people first approach to everyday IT problems.
