He currently works as an automotive detailer at a local dealership, where he is responsible for preparing vehicles for customer delivery and assisting with various support tasks. Known for his attention to detail and reliability, Rowland brings years of hands-on experience across multiple industries.

He grew up in a family-run childcare business that served over 350 children and employed around 90 staff. From a young age, he helped with facility maintenance, learning to troubleshoot and fix problems as they arose. This early exposure to responsibility influenced his work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Rowland graduated from Lafayette High School and later studied culinary arts at Forest Park Culinary School. He also completed a car tinting course in Portland, Oregon. His career includes roles in education, including assistant teaching at a before-and-after school program, and work as a porter at a car dealership during his teenage years.
