Stephanie Woods is a business owner and executive in the residential services and lending industry. She is the President of Airheads HVAC and the Chief Executive Officer of AH Financial, a lending institution that focuses on financing for residential repair projects. Her work centers on helping trade companies offer financing options to their customers.

Woods grew up in New Jersey in a large Italian family. She attended Catholic school and was an honor student in high school. Due to financial limits, she did not attend college and entered the workforce after graduating. Her early experiences shaped a practical approach to work and leadership.

She owns Airheads HVAC with her husband and is involved in daily business operations. The company serves residential clients and works closely with homeowners on repair and replacement needs. Through this work, she identified a gap in financing for trade based services. This led to the creation of AH Financial, which partners with trade companies to provide lending solutions for residential repair clients.

In addition to her business roles, Woods has been a real estate investor for more than 15 years. Her investment experience supports her understanding of property maintenance and long term asset value.

Woods is active in community service. She serves on the Leadership Board of Metropolitan Ministries and sits on the boards of HubLife Charities and Trinity Chat, a community give back program. She also supports local charities and events in Pasco County through business sponsorships and volunteer work.
