Simon Arias is the State General Agent and CEO of Arias Agencies, a prominent entity within the Globe Life – American Income Division. Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Simon demonstrated early leadership skills, notably during his high school and college football career, where he served as a team captain. He attended Mercyhurst University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.

Simon’s career with American Income Life (AIL) began by chance when he was recruited by Marcus Smith, a State General Agent in Ohio. Simon quickly excelled, earning six figures in his first year and rapidly ascending to management positions. By age 24, he became the youngest State General Agent in the company’s history. He has set multiple company records, including leading the fastest agency to reach weekly production milestones.

In 2008, Simon founded Arias Agencies in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Under his leadership, the agency has grown to become one of the largest distribution centers for American Income Life in the United States, with multiple offices and virtual agents nationwide. Arias Agencies is committed to providing competitively priced insurance products that protect local families and offer career opportunities to individuals dedicated to excellence.

Simon’s dedication extends beyond business. He has played a significant role in community service, notably through initiatives like Inspiring Minds in Youngstown and Steel City Impact in Pittsburgh, focusing on empowering at-risk youth. He also co-founded The Red Zone with Maurice Clarett, a company aimed at supporting at-risk youth and their families.
