About Sean Knox

Sean Knox is an American business executive in the pest control industry. He is Co-Owner and President of Knox Pest Control and Lawn Solutions, a regional company based in Columbus, Georgia. The firm provides pest control, termite, wildlife, and lawn services across Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and Mississippi.

Knox is a fourth generation member of a family involved in pest management since the 1920s. His early work experience came as a technician assistant at Biltmore Exterminating under the supervision of his father and grandfather. In that role he assisted on service routes, prepared equipment, and observed customer service practices. These early responsibilities shaped his later views on field operations and customer care.

He joined the family business full time after completing his undergraduate studies. Over time he moved from field support and operational roles into management and ownership. As President, he works with the leadership team on company strategy, branch performance, and service standards for a network of 18 locations. Under his tenure, Knox Pest Control has expanded its customer base to more than 90,000 accounts and grown its workforce to over 225 team members.

Knox holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Georgia Southern University. He also earned a Master of Arts in Public Policy from Regent University and a Master of Business Administration from Baylor University. His education in marketing, policy, and management informs his approach to running a multi state service organization and to aligning operations with long term customer relationships and regional community needs.
