Scott Borgerson is a long haul truck driver from Essex, Maryland with more than twenty years of experience in freight transportation across the Mid Atlantic and East Coast. He began his career in 1999 after earning his Commercial Driver’s License from All-State Career Truck Driving School in Baltimore. His early work involved driving refrigerated trucks for regional grocery distributors, where he learned route planning, cold chain standards, and basic logistics operations.

Borgerson later expanded into broader freight roles with national and regional carriers. He transported building materials, HVAC units, consumer goods, and port related cargo. Over the course of his career, he has logged more than two million accident free miles. He is recognized within his field for maintaining consistent on time performance and following safety procedures. Dispatch teams have informally referred to him as a steady and reliable operator.

Since 2010, Borgerson has worked as a senior driver with Mid-Atlantic Port Logistics, a company that operates from Seagirt Marine Terminal in Baltimore. His regular routes include Baltimore, Harrisburg, Richmond, Newark, and Norfolk. He participates in training new drivers and has contributed to internal safety briefings focused on inspection routines, defensive driving, and time management.
