Ryan Macdonald is the Lead Pastor of The City Church and St. Anthony’s, a multi-campus Christian church based in Batavia, New York. He has worked in ministry for over 20 years and became Lead Pastor after years of service and leadership within the church. His work focuses on teaching the Bible, leading worship services, and helping people grow in their faith.

Macdonald began his ministry by helping set up services at his childhood home. Over time, he became involved in church leadership and eventually took on the role of Lead Pastor. He is known for his clear, relatable teaching style and his focus on practical Christian living. He leads weekly services and special events and supports outreach programs in the community.

Under his leadership, The City Church offers multiple services each week and operates several programs for children, youth, and adults. Macdonald also works closely with the church staff, which includes teaching pastors, creative directors, and ministry leaders.

Macdonald met his wife, Samantha, at The City Church. They have been married for over 18 years and have two sons who serve in the church alongside them. Samantha serves as the Children’s Ministry Director for the church’s BIG Kids program.

In addition to his pastoral duties, Macdonald is involved in local outreach and community support efforts. He continues to focus on discipleship, family involvement, and building a strong church community in Batavia and the surrounding area.
