About Russell Mann

Russell Mann has built a diverse career spanning hospitality, mortgage lending, real estate, retail, fitness, and tourism. He began working as a busboy and waiter at Caesars Palace in the gourmet restaurants, then spent approximately ten years in the mortgage industry while also buying and selling residential properties. He owned and operated clothing and fitness stores before expanding into tourism and outdoor recreation. His current portfolio includes adventure tourism and hospitality businesses serving visitors to the Nevada and Arizona desert regions, including Las Vegas ATVs, Vegas Off Road Racing, Bullets and Burgers, Las Vegas Water Sports, Las Vegas Outdoor Adventures, Vegas Kayak Tours, Vegas Hiking Tours, Helicopter Adventures, Grand Canyon Glamping Resort, and Arizona Last Stop. He also helped open Arizona Last Stop Travel Center, a Taco Bell location, and is involved in planning a Dunkin' Donuts location.

Mann grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, where he earned the rank of Eagle Scout before graduating from Clark High School in 1983. He later studied Hotel Administration at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He describes his career as shaped by a willingness to adapt to changing markets and economic shifts, stating that businesses teach lessons applicable to future ventures. Mann has built his businesses around solving problems, recognizing opportunities, and treating change as an opportunity to build something new rather than an obstacle.

Mann states that he gets up early at 5:00 am and starts the day working out. He takes every phone call and troubleshoots problems immediately, though he does not react hastily to major challenges, preferring to sit on them overnight to think them through. He says he constantly watches what is going on around him and takes things one day at a time. Outside of work, Mann enjoys snow skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, working out both indoors and outdoors, and bike riding.
