He is the founder and Managing Director of LionHeart Properties & Design, based in Altamonte Springs, Florida. His career has focused on managing residential, commercial, and industrial properties with an emphasis on efficiency, tenant satisfaction, and long-term value.

Herrera began his career in property management overseeing diverse portfolios and coordinating large-scale projects. His work has included lease negotiations, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance planning. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, which has allowed him to lead multicultural teams and work effectively with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
