About Rick Bainbridge

Rick Bainbridge is a construction professional based in Charlotte, North Carolina. He is the founder of RCB Construction Management, which he established in 2018. He has more than 40 years of experience in construction and home remodelling.

Bainbridge is from Buffalo, New York. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he also played college basketball. He moved to Charlotte in 1996.

Before founding RCB Construction Management, Bainbridge led a Charlotte home remodelling company with an in-house design build team that included AutoCad designers, production staff, and support functions such as human resources and marketing. During that period, the company received industry recognition, including Charlotte Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year and Remodeler of the Year in North Carolina and the Southeast. He closed the business in June 2016 and sold the remodelling centre building.

At RCB Construction Management, Bainbridge handles project estimating and supervises work on residential remodelling projects. The company’s services include kitchens, bathrooms, sunrooms, master suites, room additions, screen porches, decks, patios, garages, and handyman services. The company is fully insured and works with experienced trades.

Bainbridge’s stated interests include opera, basketball, travel, Italian food, antique cars, and exercising. He supports charitable causes, including St. Jude and the V Foundation.
