He served as Chief Operating Officer at Bravo Group, a strategic communications firm based in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, from 2001 to 2024. In this role, he managed business operations, financial planning, technology integration, and talent development, contributing to the firm’s growth as the largest privately-held PR company in Pennsylvania.

Hintze’s tenure at Bravo Group was marked by significant operational improvements. He scaled the company’s workforce by 130% and led cost-reduction initiatives that lowered expenses by 15% annually. He developed custom budget management tools, enabling more effective client profitability tracking and project budgeting.
