About Paul Arrendell
Paul A. Arrendell is an American quality and engineering executive with more than three decades of experience in the medical device, healthcare, and manufacturing industries. He is currently the Chief Quality Officer at Jabil Diversified Manufacturing Services, where he leads global quality and regulatory management across regulated industries.
Arrendell began his career at Abbott Diagnostics in 1998, serving as Site Manufacturing Quality Manager for six years. In 2004, he joined Wright Medical Technology as Vice President of Global Quality Systems, where he oversaw international compliance and quality operations.
In 2009, he moved to KCI Medical, later known as Acelity, and advanced to Vice President of Global Quality and Regulatory Affairs. His role focused on advanced wound therapeutics and global regulatory strategy. After nearly 16 years with the company, he transitioned to Becton Dickinson in 2017, serving as Worldwide Vice President of Quality Management in the Biosciences division.
Arrendell joined Jabil in 2019 as Worldwide Vice President of Quality Management for Jabil Healthcare. In 2021, he became Chief Quality Officer for Jabil Regulated Industries and, in 2022, Chief Quality Officer for Jabil Diversified Manufacturing Services.
He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington, specializing in automatic control systems.
