Nirav Pandya is an American executive and management consultant based in Orlando, Florida. He is the Founder and Principal of Fulcrum Consulting and Fulcrum Integrated Solutions, where he advises companies in manufacturing, defense, and technology on operations, growth strategy, and organizational performance. His work focuses on improving systems, increasing efficiency, and preparing companies for acquisition through changes to processes, margins, leadership structure, and risk management.

Pandya began his leadership career in the imaging and electronics sector. He served as President of ICx Imaging Systems, where he guided the company through a period of rapid revenue expansion and contributed to its initial public offering. He received the organization’s Pinnacle Award for his work as a business unit leader.

In 2010, Pandya joined Orion Technologies and became President and Chief Executive Officer in 2012. Under his leadership, the company expanded its engineering capabilities, unified operations across multiple units, and grew from a small startup into a fifty million dollar enterprise. Orion Technologies earned several awards during this period, including recognitions from Inc. Magazine, Deloitte Technologies, and Orlando Business Journal.

Since founding Fulcrum Consulting in 2022, Pandya has worked with companies seeking to strengthen operations and improve long-term performance. His projects include initiatives that increased throughput without added staff, tripled sales within 18 months, and improved valuation multiples.

Pandya’s career is shaped by his focus on clear structure, continuous learning, and practical leadership. He also served on the Board of Trustees of the Orlando Science Center, including a term as Chairman.
