Seth earned a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University before completing his medical degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed an anesthesiology residency at UTHealth Houston, with training at the Texas Medical Center and MD Anderson Cancer Center. He subsequently completed a fellowship in interventional pain management at Northwestern University's Feinberg School of Medicine.
