Born in Teaneck, New Jersey on August 11, 2000, Mastriaco moved to Pleasant Garden, North Carolina at age six with his parents, Anita and Anthony, and his older sister, Tiffany. Growing up in a close family environment, he spent time engaged in activities including movies, cookouts, fishing, hiking, and visits to local parks. Music was a significant part of household life, with Pink Floyd featured prominently. As a child, he enjoyed outdoor play with friends and developed interests in collecting Batman comic books, PlayStation 2 gaming, and building Lego sets, particularly Batman and Star Wars themed collections. In school, he was recognized as a well-behaved and dedicated student with strong performance across subjects, particularly history.

Mastriaco earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, completing his studies in 2024 after beginning in 2019. He previously graduated from Providence Grove High School in 2019. He holds multiple Microsoft Office Specialist certifications, including credentials in Microsoft Office Access 2016 (Core Database Management, Manipulation, and Query Skills), Microsoft Office Excel 2016 (Core Data Analysis, Manipulation, and Presentation), Office PowerPoint 2013, and Microsoft Office Word 2013, all obtained between 2015 and 2018.

Prior to his current role, Mastriaco volunteered as Phone Bank Leader for Solomon Rajput For Congress from May to August 2020, managing more than 50 phone bankers weekly and handling spreadsheet data entry and volunteer coordination. His professional approach emphasizes reliability, clear communication, and building long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-through and attentive service.
