About Maryann Misiolek

Maryann Misiolek is a real estate investment professional, industrial engineer, and finance manager based in Hummelstown and Hershey, Pennsylvania. She is the owner and operator of MarDav Enterprises, a real estate investment firm in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. The business began in 2001 and was officially incorporated in 2007 by Misiolek and her husband, J. David Misiolek, who goes by Dave.

Through MarDav Enterprises, Misiolek focuses on the rehabilitation and renovation of residential properties and the management of rental housing across Central Pennsylvania. The firm acquires distressed properties, oversees renovation work, and maintains a portfolio of rentals. Misiolek also works with her sister, Trudy Stewart, a realtor, on property restoration and resale projects.

Misiolek graduated from Lower Dauphin High School in 1995. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Lehigh University in 1999 and a Master’s Degree in Management Science in 2000. Her university recognitions include Iacocca Scholar, Presidential Scholar, and membership in Alpha Pi Mu and the Society of Women Engineers.

In addition to her professional work, Misiolek holds volunteer and community roles in the Harrisburg area. She serves as chairperson of Helping Hands at St. Ann Byzantine Catholic Church and is a member of the church’s finance council. Her volunteer history also includes Lower Dauphin Girls Youth Basketball, South Hanover Elementary School, and the Lower Dauphin Tennis Booster Club. She has also held a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
