Arbour was born in Roswell, Georgia, and raised in Alpharetta. She developed an early interest in computers and problem solving. She attended Alpharetta High School, where she participated in robotics and technology competitions. She later earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with a minor in Information Security from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

She began her career as a Junior Security Analyst at StratEdge Consulting in Atlanta. In this role, she supported penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and security assessments for public sector clients.
