As the President and CEO of Rancho Lucerne Master Plan Development, Manoucher is currently leading Southern California’s largest residential project, spanning 1,400 acres in California’s High Desert. Rancho Lucerne is set to add 4,257 single-family homes and multiple world-class golf courses to the region, embodying Manoucher’s vision of sustainable and community-centered development.
