Kristie Nicodemus is an American business development professional based in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a Senior Business Development Advisor at Mercer, a Marsh McLennan company. She specializes in health benefits and wellness consulting for medium to large employers.

Nicodemus was born in Roanoke, Virginia, and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Fashion from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Her career began in sales at AT&T from 1997 to 2000 and at Broadwing Communications from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, she joined Northwestern Benefit Corporation, which later became part of OneDigital. She remained with the company for more than twenty years, serving as a Business Development Executive and later as Senior New Business Development Executive. In these roles, she developed client relationships, advised on employee benefits strategies, and worked with organizations across different industries.

In 2023, Nicodemus was named one of the NAIFA Top Women Advisors of Atlanta. She also received recognition as a NAIFA Top Benefit Advisor in 2020.

In June 2024, she joined Mercer in her current role. Her work focuses on strategic business development and consulting in health and wellness programs.

Nicodemus is active in her community, holding membership in the Grant Park Conservancy and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. She volunteers with The Nicholas House, a nonprofit serving homeless families. She lives in Atlanta with her family and has interests in fitness, travel, and watching her sons play soccer.
