Krishen Iyer

Krishen Iyer is an entrepreneur and insurance consultant based in Encinitas, California. He is the founder and CEO of Managed Benefits Services, a company that develops lead generation and marketing strategies for the health and dental insurance sectors. The company focuses on using data filters and scoring systems to connect qualified leads to insurance providers efficiently.

Iyer began his career in the insurance industry after graduating from San Diego State University with a degree in public administration. He first gained recognition as the founder of NMP Insurance Services, which was ranked among the fastest-growing companies on the Inc. 5000 list. The company achieved over 200% growth in three years and reached $4.3 million in revenue by 2014.

In addition to Managed Benefits Services, Iyer leads MAIS Consulting, a firm that supports businesses in marketing, client acquisition, and operational development. He is also involved in real estate investment across California through Iyer Real Estate, with projects in Visalia and Reedley.
