From 2016 to 2019, he worked as a Senior UX Researcher at Nexus Tech Solutions, where he led the Human-First redesign of their flagship mobile application. Since 2019, he has operated as an Independent Creative Consultant, advising mid-sized tech firms on brand identity and community engagement.
