Justin Knox is an American business executive in the pest management industry. He is President of Knox Pest Control, a regional service company based in Columbus, Georgia. The company operates in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and South Carolina. Knox represents the fourth generation of his family to work in the business.

Knox’s first work experience came at age twelve during summer breaks. He maintained the office grounds and assisted termite crews. These early tasks introduced him to field safety, equipment handling, and basic customer interaction.

He earned a degree from Troy University and joined Knox Pest Control full time in 1997. Over time he held roles in operations and supervision. His responsibilities included route planning support, service quality checks, and branch coordination. Knox later moved into senior leadership.

As President, Knox focuses on technician training, service standards, and customer retention. He works with branch leaders on scheduling, quality control, and documentation. He supports the use of practical field protocols for termite treatment, rodent exclusion, and seasonal insect control. In the Southeast, year-round pest pressure shapes staffing levels and service frequency. Knox’s approach stresses clear communication with customers and consistent follow up.

Knox often describes pest control as trust-based work that intersects with public health. Termite damage, rodent infestations, and vector risks drive demand for professional service. He emphasizes the role of technicians as problem solvers in homes and businesses.

Outside of executive duties, Knox remains involved in community and family life. He spends time on a family farm and maintains interests in outdoor work. He and his wife have three children.
