Joseph Mille is an experienced automotive technician based in Medway, Massachusetts. He worked at Clay Subaru for over 11 years, where he specialized in diagnosing and repairing Subaru vehicles. His work included engine repairs, electrical systems, air conditioning, suspension, brakes, and interior components. He also handled routine maintenance such as oil changes and inspections.

Mille began his automotive career at Connecticut Tire Inc., where he worked for over three years. There, he performed tire repairs, oil changes, and shop maintenance. After moving to Massachusetts in 2011, he attended the Universal Technical Institute (UTI), completing an automotive training program while working part-time at a grocery store deli. He graduated in 2012 and earned manufacturer-specific certifications from Subaru of New England throughout his time at Clay Subaru.

Before entering the automotive field, Mille held several entry-level jobs. He delivered newspapers at age 15, worked in a bagel shop, and held seasonal retail positions at TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. These early jobs developed his work ethic and interest in hands-on tasks.

As of October 2024, Mille is between jobs and considering a change in career. He is open to roles in construction, woodworking, or metalworking. He has a strong interest in manual trades and hobbies such as casting aluminum and crafting with carbon fiber.

Mille is known for his practical skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems. He continues to seek opportunities where he can apply his technical experience and learn new trades.
