While at McGill, he helped organize startup forum events and mentored student founders on early product and onboarding work.
From 2009 to 2011, Haber worked as a Customer Success Associate at MileBridge Software, supporting onboarding and renewals for small business SaaS customers. From 2011 to 2014, he worked as a Product Operations Analyst at NorthHarbor Systems, where he developed release playbooks and customer feedback processes and introduced a weekly metrics scoreboard tied to activation and retention.
In 2014, Haber co founded LatticeDesk, a workflow and client engagement platform for service businesses. The product was later sunset following a strategic pivot. From 2016 to 2018, he served as Head of Product Enablement at Cooper & Field Labs, leading onboarding and documentation improvements.
Since 2018, he has led Haber Strategies Inc. and has been involved in mentorship and founder office hours within Montreal’s startup community.
