John Theodore Zabasky

John Theodore Zabasky is an American business executive known for his role as the CEO of WorXsiteHR Insurance Solutions, Inc., based in Oxnard, California. He was born on February 26, 1966, in Burtonsville, Maryland. John pursued a strong academic foundation, earning a BA and an MA in History from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC). He expanded his education by obtaining an MBA from Pepperdine University and a PhD in Information Systems from Concordia University. Currently, he is enhancing his expertise in health sciences as a PhD candidate at Liberty University.

In 2013, John founded WorXsiteHR, a company dedicated to improving healthcare accessibility for lower-income, part-time, and seasonal workers through the innovative HealthWorX Plan. This plan is known for providing no-cost medical coverage, heavily subsidized by nonprofit partnerships, to underserved demographics. The plan aligns with federal standards, being ERISA and Section 125 compliant, and offers significant tax savings for employers.
