Jesus Juraidini is a real estate developer and investor based in Brownsville, Texas. He is the President and CEO of his private real estate firm, focusing on residential and rental property development. Born in Matamoros, Mexico, he immigrated legally to the United States at a young age and began his career in real estate through hands-on experience.

Juraidini has completed multiple large-scale housing projects in South Texas. His work includes a 72-lot single-family home neighborhood, where he designed and built all the homes, most of which were sold, while some remain as rental properties. He also developed a 10-unit two-story townhome complex for the rental market.

His largest project is a 400-lot residential development. The first phase has been completed, and lots are now available for sale. Juraidini plans to retain 40 lots for home construction. In addition to these developments, he owns and manages multiple apartment complexes in the region.

Juraidini is known for his hands-on approach, frequently visiting construction sites and overseeing details to ensure quality. His focus is on functional and well-designed homes that meet the needs of the local market.

He has faced industry challenges such as market shifts, material shortages, and construction delays but prioritizes long-term success over short-term gains. His future plans include expanding his developments and exploring sustainable building practices.

Outside of work, Juraidini enjoys offshore fishing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
