About Jeb Bozarth
Lieutenant Jeb Bozarth is a retired police officer and former SWAT Commander for the City of Henderson, Nevada. He began his career in public service with the United States Navy, serving 14 years as a Seabee Equipment Operator 1st Class and Seabee Combat Warfare Specialist. His deployments included Operation Southern Watch in the Persian Gulf, Operation Restore Hope in Somalia, and Operation Iraqi Freedom II and III in Iraq.
In 2006, Bozarth joined the Henderson Police Department. He worked in patrol, the SWAT unit, the Problem Solving Unit, and the Training Bureau. In 2018, he was promoted to Sergeant, supervising patrol squads across the city. Later, he advanced to Lieutenant, where he held command of both the SWAT team and the K9 division.
Bozarth received the Henderson Police Department Medal of Valor in 2009 for his actions in a critical incident. He was also among the responders to the 2017 Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in Las Vegas. In 2023, he was named Henderson Police Department Supervisor of the Year. His law enforcement career included certifications as an FBI/NRA firearms instructor, defensive tactics coach, and incident command instructor.
After retiring from the department in 2025, Bozarth established Critical Training Solution LLC, a company that provides training in civilian preparedness, pre-attack indicators, and active assailant response. His clients include schools, universities, businesses, and public agencies across the Southwest.
Bozarth studied Criminal Justice at Columbia Southern University and completed Northwestern’s Police and Command School in 2025.
