Jarred Kessler is an American entrepreneur and business advisor based in New York City. He is the managing partner of Momentum Advisors JBK and a managing partner at Good Group Global. His work focuses on complex problems in finance, real estate, and technology, with an emphasis on restructuring, growth, and operations.

Kessler began his career in institutional finance after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Tulane University, where he graduated cum laude. He held senior roles at several major firms, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, and Cantor Fitzgerald. At Cantor Fitzgerald, he served as executive managing director and global head of equities, overseeing a large global business with responsibility for trading, research, sales, and risk management.

After more than a decade on Wall Street, Kessler moved into residential real estate and proptech. He founded a national residential sale leaseback platform that gave homeowners a way to access home equity while remaining in their homes as tenants. Under his leadership, the company expanded across the United States and received recognition from housing, finance, and technology industry publications.

Through Momentum Advisors JBK, Kessler advises companies on acquisitions, turnarounds, crisis management, and operational execution. At Good Group Global, he works on investments in infrastructure and tools that support the creator economy. He is also the founder of Mindora.io, an early stage venture focused on reducing friction in everyday problems.

Kessler has guest lectured on real estate technology and continues to work with nonprofit initiatives that combine housing, community development, and veteran workforce training.
