About Jack McCarroll

Jack McCarroll is a financial services professional based in Normal, Illinois. He currently works as an Advisor Services Enhanced Specialist at Charles Schwab, a role he held beginning in November 2021. His responsibilities include client support, money movement processes, cost basis resolution, and relationship management for advisory clients.

McCarroll was born on June 10, 1999, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and raised in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. He attended Normal Community High School before studying at the University of Mississippi for one year. He subsequently transferred to Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics in May 2021. During his time at Illinois State, he was a member of Phi Gamma Delta fraternity, serving three years as Community Service Chairman and participating on the Treasurer board.

Prior to joining Charles Schwab, McCarroll completed a finance internship at Purple Martin Financial LLC in Bloomington, Illinois, and worked briefly as a Logistics Account Executive at Total Quality Logistics in Dallas, Texas. Earlier work experience includes roles in food service and a high school internship at a State Farm agency.

McCarroll holds multiple FINRA credentials, including the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 General Securities Representative License, and Series 63 Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination. He also holds a Microsoft Excel Certificate of Excellence.

He volunteers with several community organizations, including the Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington-Normal and the American Red Cross, and has coordinated events for the Salvation Army Safe Harbor program.
