Greg Coticchia is an American entrepreneur, executive coach, and professor with more than 30 years of experience in technology, software, and business leadership. He is the CEO of SE Healthcare, a company focused on digital solutions for workforce well-being, and a Partner and Coach at CEO Coaching International, where he works with business leaders around the world to improve performance and strategy.
Coticchia has served as CEO six times and founded four startups. Over his career, he has raised more than $73 million in venture capital and taken part in 17 mergers and acquisitions. He has also helped launch more than 100 products and services across industries, building a reputation for guiding organizations through growth and transformation.
Before joining SE Healthcare, he was CEO of Sopheon, where he led the company’s transition from a consulting model to a cloud-based SaaS business, resulting in a successful private equity exit. Earlier, he held senior roles at companies such as LogicLibrary and eBillingHub.
Coticchia also has a long record in education. He created and launched Carnegie Mellon University’s Master’s Program in Product Management, the first of its kind in the world, and teaches B2B marketing at the University of Pittsburgh’s Katz School of Business.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as certificates from Carnegie Mellon and Duquesne University. His book, Start Your Startup Right, focuses on building strong foundations for new businesses.
