Francis A. Pommett III

Francis A. Pommett III is a personal injury attorney with over 25 years of legal experience. Based in Baltimore, Maryland, he specializes in personal injury law and has extensive expertise in appellate cases, including those before the U.S. Supreme Court.

He graduated from Perry Hall High School in 1987 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from McDaniel College in 1991. In 1996, he received his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Francis later completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and Comparative Law at Georgetown University Law Center in 2001.

Francis began his legal career as a law clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Solicitor General’s Office. He later co-founded the Law Offices of Nathanson & Pommett, P.C., where he worked for 20 years. Since 2017, he has operated his own practice, the Law Offices of Francis A. Pommett, III, LLC.

His practice covers personal injury, nursing home abuse, and civil litigation. He has represented clients in courts across Maryland and in several other states, recovering significant settlements and verdicts on their behalf.

Outside of his legal work, Francis is active in his community. He supports youth sports, 4-H programs, and St. Ursula Catholic Church. He enjoys wrestling, skiing, and farming and values spending time with his family.

Francis is known for his dedication to his clients and his commitment to making a positive impact both professionally and personally.
