About Elizabeth Fraley

Elizabeth Fraley is an educator and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kinder Ready, Inc., an early education company based in the Los Angeles area. She works with children from preschool through sixth grade through one-on-one in-home classes, assessments, private school preparation, and parent consultations.

Fraley’s work focuses on early learning skills such as reading, writing, and mathematics. Her programs also include social-emotional learning and routines that support focus, self-regulation, and confidence in learning. Kinder Ready uses developmental assessments to identify a child’s starting point and then builds an individualized plan to guide instruction and track progress. Families receive regular updates and guidance on next steps, with an emphasis on parent involvement.

Before founding Kinder Ready, Fraley served as the director of an early elementary program. In that role, she worked on early literacy, progress monitoring, and curriculum-related responsibilities. Her experience in school leadership informed Kinder Ready’s structured approach to instruction and family collaboration.

Fraley’s education commentary and work have been featured in TIME Magazine, Forbes, The Los Angeles Times, The Hollywood Reporter, CBS Local, and SF Gate. She has appeared on Hallmark’s Home & Family and has contributed as an education expert to HuffPost. Her advice on supporting learning at home has also been included in a Popular Mechanics book by Dan Bova. She was named Educator of the Year by Los Angeles County for her contributions to the local community.
