Drew Soule is an American human resources leader and organizational design consultant based in Torrance, California. He has more than 15 years of experience helping companies manage change, develop leaders, and build inclusive workplace systems. His career includes roles in government, aerospace, technology, healthcare, and financial services, where he focused on aligning people operations with business goals.

Soule began his career at the Department of Human Services while studying at the University of Illinois. There, he managed recruitment, onboarding, and training programs, gaining early leadership experience. After earning his master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois School of Labor and Employment Relations, he joined Northrop Grumman. At Northrop, he supported engineering and manufacturing teams on several confidential defense and aerospace programs, including work connected to NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope.

He later served as a senior HR business partner at a major technology company, where he advised leaders in engineering, product, and design. Soule also worked as a consultant in healthcare and fintech, guiding organizations through workforce expansion, performance management, and organizational restructuring.

Throughout his career, Soule has emphasized the importance of inclusion, transparency, and system design in leadership. He continues to consult with organizations on succession planning, labor relations, and cultural transformation. In addition to his professional work, Soule is an advocate for accessibility and disability inclusion, supporting initiatives that improve travel and workplace equity for individuals with mobility challenges.
