Dr. Brown earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, where he also played NCAA Division I basketball. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in 2006. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine from 2007 to 2013. He then completed a spine fellowship at the San Diego Center for Spinal Disorders in La Jolla, California, from 2013 to 2014.
From 2014 to 2017, Dr. Brown practiced as an orthopedic spine surgeon at Florida Orthopedic Specialists. Dr. Brown is board certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He has completed Maintenance of Certification requirements extending through 2036.
