About Dmitriy Misarenko

Dmitriy Misarenko began his career in the financial sector with institutions such as Raiffeisen Bank, building a foundation in banking. In 2017, he transitioned into entrepreneurship and consulting in the e-commerce and private label consulting space. Together with his brother, he co-founded two Poland-based consulting firms, where they provided solutions across brand development, fulfillment logistics, HR outsourcing, marketing research and analysis. They worked with clients across Europe, supporting the launch and scaling of online retail operations from both a strategic and operational perspective.

At this stage, Misarenko is gradually stepping back from independently managing his own companies and focusing on broader collaboration. He is now looking to align with an established firm where he can contribute his experience, network, and entrepreneurial approach to more complex and high-impact consulting projects.

His consulting practice has expanded to include services for business owners and entrepreneurs regarding international relocation and business structuring. He focuses on helping clients identify jurisdictions with efficient and comfortable tax systems, and supporting them through practical aspects of relocation including legal documentation, infrastructure, international schools, security, quality communities, speed of obtaining residency documents, and both internal and external stability considerations. His role is primarily practical consulting combined with access to a network of trusted partners and service providers across different jurisdictions.

Before entering consulting, Misarenko worked in banking, which provided him with financial expertise that underpins his current advisory work. From the age of 7 to 14, he was actively involved in competitive swimming, achieving prize placements in Ukrainian championships and earning his first adult-level sports ranking in swimming.
