David Wiley is an American entrepreneur and business owner based in Jefferson, Georgia. He is the founder and owner of ”’Belief Marketing Services”’, a company that develops lead generation and revenue strategies for clients in industries such as personal lending, home warranty, wireless services, and legal marketing.

Wiley began his career in 1998 when he launched his first business selling HP toner cartridges to large corporations including Coca-Cola, Bayer, Lockheed Martin, and the National Football League. His early work focused on supply distribution and client relationship management, which helped him understand the importance of reliability and precision in business operations.

In 2014, Wiley established Belief Marketing Services to help organizations improve their customer acquisition and marketing performance through targeted, data-driven approaches. Over time, the company shifted its main focus toward the legal marketing field, specializing in generating qualified leads for personal injury attorneys. His methods emphasize transparency, timing, and accuracy in connecting clients with individuals seeking legal assistance soon after an incident.

Outside of his business career, Wiley spent eight years coaching youth soccer in Georgia, leading a local team to a top-ten state ranking. He also founded ”’Cash In Time Ministries”’, a nonprofit organization that supports individuals and families in financial distress by providing assistance with essential needs such as rent and utilities.
