After Emerson re-acquired the business in 2025, she was promoted to Principal HR Business Partner. In January 2026, she moved into her current role as Strategic Planner within Emerson’s Measurement Solutions group.
Siwek holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, which she completed in May 2018. Before transferring to St. Thomas, she studied Economics and Finance at Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida from 2014 to 2015. She is currently pursuing 300-hour yoga teacher training as of 2026.
Outside her professional work, she has supported organizations including the Red Cross, Soles 4 Souls, and Bridging. She grew up in Andover, Minnesota, where she attended Andover High School and participated in competitive dance, coed soccer, and the DECA business club.
