She also founded and led DUX Strategy Consulting, providing strategic and operational advice to mid-sized companies. Iaboni has held leadership roles at Taylor Morrison Homes, Philips Medical Systems, and Sherwood International.

In addition to corporate roles, she founded Mavrrik Metals, a Phoenix-based metal fabrication business, which she grew to $7 million in revenue.
