About Cory B. George

Cory B. George is a real estate investor based in Evansville, Indiana. He began working in real estate in 2009 with the purchase of a small rental home that required full renovation. He completed most of the early repair work himself, which helped him learn property operations, maintenance planning, and cost management. Over time he expanded his portfolio and has owned and managed more than one hundred rental properties across the Midwest.

His work has included single family rentals, small multifamily units, and many renovation projects. He developed experience in tenant communication, budgeting, and long term property upkeep. George focuses on steady growth and emphasizes detailed tracking of performance across his properties.

Before shifting to real estate full time, George served as General Manager at Town and Country Ford in Evansville. In that role he oversaw daily operations, supervised teams, and worked directly with customers. The job helped him build skills in leadership, service, and accountability, which later shaped his management style in real estate.

George is also the founder of Titan Atlas Capital, a real estate investment fund focused on private student housing in the Midwest. The fund is based on his observations of stable enrollment trends and consistent rental demand in college towns. He aims to address aging student housing stock by improving safety, quality, and management practices.

Alongside his real estate work, George maintains a public online presence through entertainment focused content under the name Degenerates. This content is separate from his professional activities but reflects his interest in digital media.
