About Charles Wholey

Charles Wholey is a construction superintendent based in Reno and Carson City, Nevada. He currently works for LT Builders, where he oversees residential and commercial construction projects. His responsibilities include coordinating crews, managing schedules, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Wholey began his career at CC Builders, where he held several roles including Safety Officer, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Manager, and Customer Service Manager. These roles helped him develop a strong background in construction site safety, environmental compliance, and client relations.

He graduated from North Valleys High School in 2007. He later earned an Associate of Science degree from Truckee Meadows Community College in 2020. In 2021, he completed an Associate of Applied Science in Technology from Western Nevada College. He then earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management from Western Nevada College in 2023, graduating summa cum laude.

Wholey is a member of the Northern Nevada Golf Association and the National Fire Protection Association. He participates in volunteer efforts including local cleanups, trail maintenance, youth coaching, and community events.

With both practical experience and formal education, Wholey is known for his knowledge of safety standards, construction methods, and on-site problem-solving. He continues to stay informed on current building codes, regulations, and best practices in the construction industry.

Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, golf, and snowboarding. Wholey’s career reflects a focus on responsible construction management, teamwork, and community involvement.
