Born in Beaumont, Texas, in 1962, Craig began working at a young age. His first experience in real estate came when he was ten years old, selling his family’s home using a handmade sign. This early start led to a lifelong interest in building, development, and business management. Over the next forty years, he built a successful career in residential and commercial real estate across Texas.

In 2018, Craig shifted his focus to the entertainment industry. He founded Big Easy Entertainment, a company that operates restaurants, music venues, broadcast programs, and a technology division. That same year, he acquired Songwriters Across Texas, a long-running television and music platform that showcases local songwriters and performers. Under his leadership, the show expanded its reach and continues to promote Texas artists and culture.

Craig is also involved in community work and philanthropy. He has participated in charity events such as Dancing with the Stars Austin to raise funds for the Center for Child Protection.
