About Brodrick Spencer

Brodrick Spencer is a career educator and nonprofit operations leader with nearly three decades of professional experience in K-12 education, school administration, and youth program management. He currently serves as Southern California Director of Operations for the William Law Foundation, where he oversees afterschool programs and childcare centers, manages regulatory compliance, develops community partnerships, and supports grant development.

Spencer spent eight years as a classroom teacher in social studies before transitioning into school administration. He served eight years as an assistant principal and thirteen years as a secondary principal across multiple school districts in New York, leading middle and high schools in both urban and suburban settings. During his tenure as principal, he implemented expanded Advanced Placement programs, Regents-level curriculum alignment, SAT and PSAT initiatives, mentorship programs, and enriched extracurricular offerings.

He holds a Master of Education in Secondary Curriculum and Instruction from Howard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He also holds permanent School District Administrator and School Administrator/Supervisor certifications from New York State, along with administrative certification from Mississippi.

Spencer has been an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated for 35 years. He has organized voter registration drives, food and clothing drives, college tours for youth, health education programs, student debate clubs, and male mentorship programs throughout his career.
