Brian Casella is a lighting engineer and event production executive based in Brookfield, Connecticut. He is the founder, owner, and CEO of Fox Haus Event Production, a full-service design and production company that supports weddings, corporate events, concerts, and large-scale productions across the Northeastern United States.

Casella’s work focuses on lighting design and technical production. His projects often include architectural and ambient lighting, as well as planning for rigging, staging, and scenic elements. He leads jobs from early concept development through onsite execution. This includes creating lighting schemes, coordinating layouts, managing logistics, and overseeing installation and show operations.

He began his career working on local events and small-venue productions. Over time, he expanded into larger productions and built Fox Haus Event Production to provide a wider range of services under one company. His approach combines technical precision with creative design, with an emphasis on reliable execution during live events.

Casella has more than a decade of experience in the event production industry. He holds a lighting design degree and an electrician engineering degree. His work has received industry recognition, including Excellence in Event Lighting Design, Top Event Production Professional of the Year, and Outstanding Achievement in Architectural & Ambient Lighting.

In addition to event production, Casella is also a commercial real estate investor. Outside of work, his interests include kayaking and hiking, and he spends time travelling with his son.
