About Brian Baldari

Brian Baldari is an American business executive and executive coach with more than two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. He is also the Founder and Executive Coach of ResilExec Coaching, a self employed leadership development practice based in the United States. He is based in Brick, New Jersey.

Baldari began his career at Watson Pharmaceuticals before joining Boehringer Ingelheim, where he spent over twelve years in marketing, medical, and commercial leadership roles. During this time, he worked across diabetes, cardiometabolic, and pipeline portfolios and received multiple internal awards for performance and leadership. He later joined Novartis, where he served in senior executive roles, including Vice President and Senior General Manager for Rare Renal. In that position, he built and led the Rare Disease Business Unit, scaled teams to more than 250 employees, and managed a portfolio exceeding $200 million. His work supported multiple global product launches and earned him the Novartis President’s Award.

He also held an executive marketing role at Otsuka Pharmaceutical Companies (U.S.), where he focused on nephrology and rare disease programs. In 2024, he joined Azurity Pharmaceuticals, where he oversees portfolio strategy, lifecycle planning, and cross functional governance across established brands and pipeline assets.

In October 2025, Baldari founded ResilExec Coaching. Through this work, he provides executive coaching to mid career and newly promoted leaders, primarily in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and finance. His coaching focuses on leadership clarity, career progression, and organizational influence.

Baldari holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Rutgers University and an MBA in Healthcare from The George Washington University School of Business. He is known for his focus on mentorship, resilience, and structured leadership development.
