Andrew Draayer is an American entrepreneur and real estate investor based in Chandler, Arizona. He began his career in door-to-door sales, traveling across 41 U.S. states selling home security systems and satellite television services. Through this work, he developed strong communication skills, resilience, and a deep understanding of how to build trust with customers. He later became a top-performing sales representative for a national company.

After starting a family, Draayer transitioned into real estate investment. He focused on helping homeowners find solutions for selling or restructuring their property. His approach emphasizes direct communication, transparency, and personalized service. Draayer has since built a successful investment business by identifying opportunities in residential real estate and working closely with clients throughout the process.

In addition to his work in real estate, Draayer has supported several philanthropic efforts. He has donated more than $78,000 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and contributes to Chandler Compadres, a nonprofit that supports youth and families in need.

Draayer was raised in a military family and is the ninth of ten children. He attended Hamilton High School in Arizona, where he won a state football championship in 2004. He continues to live in Chandler with his wife and three children. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and men’s league basketball.
